what is included in this program?

  • Two 30-minute personalized one-on-one private yoga sessions per week with Jen

  • Scheduling the 2 weekly yoga sessions into YOUR schedule (it’s just 30 minutes 2x a week!)

  • Sessions can be via FaceTime/Zoom or done in person (if in Maplewood, South Orange, Millburn NJ)

  • Sessions are customized to where you are in your yoga practice and what you are looking for from it (yoga practices can be: Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Chair Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, or any combination of these styles)

  • Access to Jen via text in between sessions for ways to include the yoga practice into your life at other times or for any other support

 
 

who is this program for?

This program is for anyone who is wanting to commit to a more regular yoga practice! You can be new to yoga; you can be working with injuries; you can be struggling to find a movement practice that works for your body; you can be wanting to strengthen your body or focus on arm balances or inversions or wanting a restorative practice; you can be just wanting to connect with your breath more - this program is all about finding the time to make it happen!

how much does this cost?

$649 if paid in full, or $115/week

($599 or $105/week for members of the Jen G Yoga Collective)
