Winter Warm-Up Workshop at Bhakti Barn Yoga

In this 1 hour and 45 minute Vinyasa class, we will focus on building heat and warming the body from the inside out as we move through a strong breath-centered asana and pranayama practice. We will focus on our 3rd Chakra, the center of our bodies, connecting with our core strength and igniting our agni, our inner flame. We will use this strength and heat to find more movement and fluidity in our practice and move toward some fun arm balances and inversions. The practice will be challenging but safe, encouraging mindful, intentional movement that honors our body’s own wisdom. We will close with a brief meditation practice to guide us deeper inward and leave us feeling grounded and balanced.
