An Afternoon of Vinyasa Yoga - Sun, July 12th 2-3:30PM EDT

Through Bhakti Barn Yoga. In this 1.5 hour class, Jen will guide you through a fully well-rounded practice, giving you the space to move deeply and mindfully and leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. We will move through a strong, breath-centered asana practice, building heat and strength, and then closing with some Pranayama and restorative postures to calm and neutralize the body. Over the course of the class, you will have the time to move mindfully and specifically, focusing on using the breath as an impetus for movement and exploring how you transition into and out of postures. Giving yourself this 90 minutes of your day to focus on your practice will help nurture all of the joy that your yoga practice brings you!

This is a Level 3 class and will include inversions, arm balances, and backbends. Please have 2 yoga blocks available, if possible. If you decide to practice outside, please make sure your device is fully charged!
